At Auragem, we want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t right, this policy explains how returns, refunds, and exchanges work.
Overview
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since you received your order, we’re unable to offer a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- In its original, sealed packaging.
- Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.
Items That Cannot Be Returned
For health and hygiene reasons, certain products cannot be returned once opened or used. This includes:
- Skincare, cosmetics, and personal care products that have been opened, used, or had their seal broken.
- Items marked as final sale or clearance.
- Gift cards.
Unopened items in their original sealed packaging may be returned within the 30-day window.
Partial Refunds
In some situations, only a partial refund may be granted:
- Any item not in its original condition, that is damaged, or has missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll email you to confirm we’ve received it and let you know whether your refund is approved.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within a certain number of days, depending on your bank or card provider.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company — it may take some time before the refund is officially posted.
- Contact your bank, as there is often processing time before a refund appears.

Sale Items
Only regular-priced items are eligible for a refund. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, email us at theauragem@gmail.com and we’ll guide you through the process.
Damaged or Wrong Items
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, contact us at theauragem@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the item. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.
Shipping Returns
To return your product, contact us first at theauragem@gmail.com and we’ll provide return instructions.
- You are responsible for paying the shipping costs of returning your item.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund.
- For higher-value items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we can’t guarantee we’ll receive your returned item.
