1. Shipping Locations
We currently offer delivery within the United Arab Emirates (UAE).
At this time, we do not offer international shipping outside the UAE.
2. Order Processing
Orders are processed after they are successfully placed on our website.
Orders are generally prepared for shipment within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays may be processed on the next business day.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation with your shipping and tracking information where available.
3. Delivery Time
Delivery within the UAE generally takes approximately 2–5 business days after your order has been processed.
Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location, courier availability, public holidays, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
4. Shipping Charges
Any applicable shipping charges will be displayed during the checkout process before you complete your order.
From time to time, Auragem may offer free shipping promotions or special delivery offers. Any such offers will be subject to the terms and conditions stated at the time of the promotion.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you may receive a tracking number and tracking link by email, SMS, or other available communication method.
You can use the tracking information to monitor the status of your shipment.
If you have not received your tracking information or need help tracking your order, please contact our customer support team.
6. Delivery Address
Please make sure that your delivery information is accurate and complete when placing your order.
Auragem is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect, incomplete, or outdated delivery information provided by the customer.
If you need to change your delivery address after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but changes may not be possible once the order has been shipped.
7. Failed or Missed Delivery
If the courier is unable to deliver your order because the recipient is unavailable, the address is incorrect, or the courier cannot reach the customer, additional delivery attempts may be made.
If an order cannot be delivered after reasonable attempts, it may be returned to us. Additional delivery charges may apply if the order needs to be shipped again.
8. Damaged Packages
If your package appears damaged when you receive it, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible.
Where possible, take photographs of the package and the products received and provide them to us when reporting the issue.

10. Cash on Delivery
Auragem currently accepts Cash on Delivery (COD) for orders within the UAE.
Customers can place their order online and pay the required amount in cash when the order is delivered.
11. International Shipping
We currently do not provide shipping outside the United Arab Emirates.
If international shipping becomes available in the future, this policy will be updated accordingly.
